Established to support the efforts of the National Center for Health Workforce Analysis (NCHWA), the Health Workforce Technical Assistance Center (HWTAC) provides technical assistance to states and organizations that engage in health workforce planning. Our strength at HWTAC is our experience and knowledge about health workforce research. We offer a wide array of technical expertise to support health workforce planning at many levels.

HWTAC is based at the Center for Health Workforce Studies (CHWS) at the School of Public Health, University at Albany, State University of New York.
